My mom makes the BEST chocolate chip cookies. Not too sweet. Still moist and even more delicious after a few days. Totally addictive.
Recently I noticed that Pinterest was blowing our little secret though. Did you see the slew of “pudding cookies” popping up a while back? Yeah. Where I come from, we just call them “cookies.”
Pick up a bag of Tollhouse Semi-Sweet Morsels. Get everything you need for the recipe on the back, plus one box of instant vanilla pudding. Just mix the pudding in with the dry ingredients and thank me later.
Just a little note: She likes to make them fairly small. The problem is it’s impossible to keep track when they’re just a couple of bites each. I thought that making them normal sized would help with portion control. It does not. So I advise you don’t make these without a plan for diverting them to other mouths. Unless you’re just having one of those weeks.
