I took a break from shoveling/cleaning/shopping/working to shoot some photos of a few of the ingredients I’m using in dinner tonight. I’ve never made the dish before – Pipali Chicken Madrasa Style from the cookbook Tangy Tart Hot & Sweet, by Padma Lakshmi (Top Chef‘s amazingly gorgeous and multi-talented host). I’ll update this post as we try it out!
UPDATE: Dinner took nearly 3 hours to prepare. There are hardly that many hours of daylight any more… so none of the photos of the process really do it for me. The chicken was good, but I still don’t know that it was worth the effort….
